1.This permission expires on 7th October 2024 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd June 2017 as part of application reference 06/17/0391/CU. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The tattoo studio hereby approved shall not be in use outside of Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 11:00 to 17:00 only. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the site is not in use during inappropriate times and the visitor numbers are controlled.
4.The tattoo studio hereby approved shall serve no more than 2 customers per day by appointment only. The applicant shall maintain a log book detailing visitors to the site. The log book shall be maintained in perpetuity and be available for officers from the Local Planning Authority to view at all times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the amount of visitors is retained to a suitable level.
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) only the area outlined in red (on the location plan) shall be used as a tattoo studio and it shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use.
6.The space within the site which enables two standard size family cars to park, turn and re-enter the highway in a forward gear, which was provided as part of application 06/17/0391/CU, shall be maintained in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety.
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policy CS06 of the adopted Core Strategy.
8.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
