| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form and drawing numbers: 967/1 and 967/2 received on 14 August 2019 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | The outbuilding (changing room, shed and plant room) hereby permitted shall be for private domestic use in connection with adjoining dwelling and the occupiers or their dependants only and shall not be used for any public purposes.
The reason for this condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property and to minimise traffic on the public highway (A47). |
| 4. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:-
08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
08:30 to 13:30 Saturday
No work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property).
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan and Policies CS9 and CS16 of the adopted Core Strategy (2015) (CS). . |
