| 1. | Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the use of the spa hereby approved shall not take place outside the following opening hours:- 13:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturdays No use of the spa shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
