1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans (drawing reference:065-18-0100-P1, 065-18-0150-P1, 065-18-0200-P1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 August 2019. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The first floor rooms shown on the approved plans shall be used for holiday purposes only and shall not be used as a persons sole or main address at any time. A log book of all occupants of the holiday rooms hereby approved and their main address shall be kept at all times and be made available upon request to the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the rooms are not used as separate permanent residential accommodation.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined under policy CS08 of the adopted Core Strategy.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
