1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans (plan ref. 1459/02/02, 1459/02/03, 1459/02/04, 005, 006) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 1st August 2019. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The level of illumination of the illuminated sign shall not at any time exceed 350 cd/m². No part of the source of the illumination shall at any time be directly visible to users of the adjacent public highway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
4.This development involves a sign that may affect the public highway. The applicant should note that Norfolk County Council as Highway Authority reserves the right under the general provisions of Common Law and Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 to seek the removal of any sign causing an obstruction or nuisance, or which obscures or hinders the ready interpretation of a road traffic sign. 5.It is the applicant's responsibility to clarify the boundary with the public highway. Private structures such as fences or walls will not be permitted on highway land. 6.No part of any sign shall encroach within the highway boundary at any time including during erecting. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the reasonable requirements of safety on the A47 trunk road.
7.The proposed lighting must not cause a glare problem to trunk road users. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the reasonable requirements of safety on the A47 trunk road.
8.The advertisement must not show any animated pictures, have any images which could be construed or confused with a road sign, or carry telephone numbers, website or postal addresses. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the reasonable requirements of safety on the A47 trunk road.
9.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
