| 1. | The demolition must be carried out within a period of five years from the date of this approval. |
| 2. | The works shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and details submitted on the application received by the Local planning Authority on the 22 July 2019. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the submitted application prior to the demolition or removal of any existing foundations a schedule of demolition works detailing the method of removal of the foundations and any mitigation measures ensuring the nearby flood walls are not damaged shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Environment Agency. The demolition works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. |
