| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the revised Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th September 2023, and photographic schedule with measurements of site as existing, received on the 9th November 2023. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Native hedging (comprising a double staggered row) shall be planted along the western elevation of the toilet block and to the west of the screening indicated as "Panel 2" on the photo schedule received on the 9th November 2023. The hedge planting shall be carried out within the first planting season (October to March) following the date of this approval. Any hedging planted which dies within 3 years shall be replaced within one year. The reason for the condition is:- To enhance the visual amenities of the locality and to preserve the setting of the Church in accordance with Policies CS09, CS10, E4 and E5. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Core Policies CS09 and CS10 and Local Plan Part 2 Policy E5. |
