| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans (drawing reference: 1506-A Pl 01-08) received by the Local Planning Authority on 20 June 2019 and the revised plan (1506-A Pl 09) and correspondence received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6 August 2019 and the subsequent correspondence received by the Local Planning Authority on 7 August 2019 stating that the type 10's on the proposed elevations will be panels. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policy CS9 of the adopted Core Strategy. |
