1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form and drawing number: RSOE/S5404 received on 19 July 2019 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
3.No illumination of the fascia signage hereby permitted shall occur outside the following times:- 8:00am to 22:00pm Monday to Sunday, including Bank holidays. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users.
4.The lighting shall be static and not intermittent and shall be kept in a safe condition that does not cause danger, nuisance or hazard to the public or impair visual amenity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the conservation area and safety to users of the public highway.
5.The level of illumination of the floodlighting/illuminated sign shall not at any time exceed 400 cd/m2.No part of the source of the illumination shall be any time be directly visible to users of the retail car park or the adjacent public highway The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of highway safety.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy BNV22 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
7.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
