| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan (reference 2305.18.7 and 2305.18.8), forms and additional information received by the Local Planning Authority on the 21st May 2019 and additional information received on the 17th July 2019.

| 3. | The car sales use of the site is limited to the area shown on plan 2305.18.7 only. No cars shall be stored or displayed for sale outside of the area shown on the approved plan, reference 2305.18.7, at any time.
