| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan (drawing reference: 860 1-5) received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 May 2019.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the windows in the side elevation of the roof hereby approved shall be obscure glazed in its entirety and non-opening up to a height 1.7 metres from the floor level of the room in which it is situated. The windows shall remain obscure glazed and non-opening thereafter.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
