| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria outlined under saved policy TR7 of the Borough Wide Local Plan and policies CS8 and CS9 of the adopted Core Strategy. |

Environmental Services has not objection to the proposed application but would like the following informative note added in relation to the chemical store:
The Chemical Store should be designed taking into account the following guidance, published from by the HSE and free to download on their website:
· HSG 40 Safe handling of chlorine from drums and cylinders (second edition)
· HSG 179 Health and safety in swimming pools
It also should ensure it is compliant with Health and Safety at Work legislation and associated regulations such as COSHH. Should you require any guidance and advice on this please contact Environmental Services - Commercial Team.
