| 1. | In accordance with the submitted application form received by the Local Planning Authority on the 13 May 2019, the dwelling may be occupied separately from the business on the ground floor.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no new windows, or replacement windows, shall be inserted in the premises at first floor level without the prior consent, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority.
