| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form and drawing numbers: PC01-P-01 Sheet 001 Rev A1, PC01-P-01 Sheet 003 Rev A1, PC01-P-01 Sheet 004 Rev A1 and PC01-S-01 Sheet 002 Rev A1 received on 1 April 2019 and drawing number: PC01-P-01 Sheet 002 Rev A1 received on 21 May 2019 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development shall match the external materials used in the existing dwelling.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interest of the character and amenity of the area in accordance with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
