1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form and drawing number: 1375/1B Rev A (June 191/ elevations added) and Rev B (July 191 /holiday let highlighted) received on 9 July 2019 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the dwelling shall not be extended in any way without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any extensions to the dwellings in the interests of residential amenity. |
4. | The holiday let unit hereby permitted and as shown on drawing no. 1375/1B shall be used for holiday purposes only.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the holiday let unit is not used as permanent residential accommodation. |
5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU7 and HOU23 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
