| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 17th December 2019 and forms and additional information received on the 22nd March 2019. For the avoidance of doubt the materials shall be in accordance with the forms and section of the of the supporting documents labeled 'materials' and the works shall be carried out in accordance with section 2, 'Brief list of works and justification statement'. | 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in policy CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Core Strategy. |
