| 2. | The development shall be subject to the time constraints and conditions on the outline planning approval and those set in this approval of reserved matters."
The reason for this condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 3. | The plan number to which this reserved matters permission relates is : 1369/1. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |

The proposals meet the criteria for new housing development set out in saved Policy HOU7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
