1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The plan number to which this permission relates is: 953/1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plan and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plan shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
3.The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development shall be in accordance with the application form and approved plan and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.No material variation from these plan shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan
4.The development hereby approved shall be used for the storage of vintage cars purpose only. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the development is not used as permanent residential accommodation.
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted ) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order with or without modification) there shall be no enlargement or extension of the development hereby permitted, including any additions or alterations to the roof, new buildings ,windows or other openings other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed without the written permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of neighbouring residential amenity in accordance with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
