| 1. | The plan numbers to which this permission relates are: 0001,0002, 0003, 0004, 0005 and 0006. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 2. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development shall match the external materials used in the existing dwelling.

In the interest of the character and amenity of the area in accordance with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | The finished floor levels of the extension hereby approved shall be set no lower than the finished ground floor levels of the existing dwelling.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interest of flood prevention and the residential amenity of the area in accordance with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
