2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the application forms, Design and Access Statement and drawings no's. 01 & 02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st March 2019. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted, the proposed on-site car parking shall be provided in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking area, in the interests of highway safety.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Policies CS1, CS9 & CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy.
