1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The plan numbers to which this permission relates are: jn.365 01 and jn.365 05. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
3. | The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development shall be
in accordance with the application form and approved plans and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
5. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
1.The connection of a bathroom containing WC directly off a kitchen on the ground floor is considered bad practice. This arrangement may contravene Building Regulations.
2.An intervening lobby should be provided between the two rooms by reinstating the passageway door to the kitchen. |
