| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the form, plan 'proposed installation points and path of air source heating system for education room' and other information and details dated by the Local Planning Authority the 19th February 2019. | 3. | Any repairs to the fabric of the building shall be carried out in materials to match the existing. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that any historic fabric is repaired in an appropriate manner. |
