| 1. | The plan number to which this permission relates is: Q4812-002 23m.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plan and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.
No material variation from these plan shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 2. | The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development shall be
in accordance with the application form and approved plan and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.

| 4. | Due to the close proximity of other industrial buildings the hours of any construction or refurbishment works shall be carried out during the following times:
0730 hours to 1800 hours Monday to Friday
0830 hours to 1330 hours Saturdays
No work on Sundays or Bank Holidays
