1.The plan numbers to which this permission relates are: Oakdale PL-02 Rev 1,(Issue 1- Ground Floor Plan, Roof Plan and Section) and Issue 1- Elevation. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
2.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
3.The materials to be used in the construction of the rear wall of the hereby permitted development shall be non combustible fire resistant brickwork and fire safety and protection measures shall be applied and implemented to all other timber and roofing materials. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of landscape and public safety in accordance with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
