| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted and approved plans. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | No part of the proposed structure (wall and fence ,including foundations) shall overhang or encroach upon the highway land and no gate if installed shall open outwards over the hghway.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
| 5. | It is the applicants responsibility to clarify the boundary with the public highway. Private structures such as fences or walls will not be permitted on highway land. The highway boundary may not match the applicants title plan.
