1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the planning application forms and drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd November 2018. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of 6 Ormesby Lane, or their dependants, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or be let separately for holiday purposes. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
4.The existing hedge along the boundary between the application site and no. 7 Ormesby Lane shall be retained at a minimum height of 2.5 metres or, if the hedge is removed, a 2.5 metre high close boarded fence shall be erected along the boundary and retained as such thereafter. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
