| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 25 October 2018 and the revised plan (drawing reference: 1338/1 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 29 November 2018.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No part of the proposed extension including rainwater goods shall encroach upon or overhang the adjoining property.
The reason for the condition:-
To protect the amenities of the adjoining property. |
| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) other than the windows shown in the approved extension no windows shall not be inserted into the extension hereby approved without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any windows in the interests of residential amenity. |
| 5. | The window shown in the side elevation of the extension hereby approved shall be obscure glazed and non-opening and shall remain obscure glazed and non-opening in perpetuity.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of neighbouring amenity. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 7. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
