| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by the applicant, Mrs M Duffield, the childminding use shall cease if Mrs Duffield no longer occupies the dwelling.

| 2. | Not more than eight children and up to two members of part time staff shall be on the premises on any day in connection with the use hereby permitted.

To protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of neighbouring property. |
| 3. | The use hereby permitted shall only be carried on between the hours of 07.30 to 18.00hrs, Monday to Friday and shall not be operated on Saturdays and Sundays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to ensure the use does not adversely effect the amenities of the nearby residential properties. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the aims of Policy CS6 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy and saved Policy EMP18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
