1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised drawings no's. 839 - 1/5A, 839 - 2/5A, 839 - 3/5A, 839 - 4/5A & 839 - 5/5A received by the Local Planning Authority on 13th December 2018.

3. | The new first floor window to the east elevation of the landing shall be fitted with obscure glass prior to the extension being first brought into use and shall remain as such thereafter.

4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) no windows or other openings (except those shown on the approved plans) shall be inserted into the walls or roof of the extensions hereby permitted without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.

5. | The garage hereby permitted shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates.

6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
