1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 13th March 2019 showing puttied in externally glazed sashes and confirmation that the windows will be single glazed as received on the 9th January 2019. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The windows at to be timber with hardwood sills. The windows are to be fitted to the reveal to match the ground floor. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and the preservation of the special character of the building.
4.The windows hereby approved no. 2 windows located at first floor level at the western elevation and shall be sliding sash to match those in situ at the ground floor of the building of the same elevation. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the windows are an enhancement that is in keeping with the historical importance of the building.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in the Core Strategy policy CS10.
