1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan (18/207/01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 October 2018. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The 6 apartment hereby approved shall be used for holiday purposes only and shall not be used as a persons main or sole place of residence. The holiday accommodation shall not be occupied by any individual or family group for a period of 28 consecutive days. The owners/operators of the property shall maintain an up to date register of the names of all the occupiers of the property, and their main home addresses, and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- The accommodation shall be used for holiday purposes in accordance with the approved application form.
4.Prior to the occupation of any apartment, a flood response plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. This flood response plan, including information regarding the availability of the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Service, shall be made available to future occupiers of the site. The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the recommendations of the flood risk assessment, to minimise the risk to the occupants in the event of flooding.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined under saved policy TR16 of the Borough Wide Local Plan and policy CS8 of the adopted Core Strategy.
