| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, the document titled 'Planning Consent information' and approved plans (2018/74/03, 2018/74/05 and 2018/74/06) received by the Local Planning Authority on 2 October 2018 and the side elevation plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 8 November 2018 to the scales specified on the 22 November 2018.

| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Core Strategy. |
