1.This permission expires on 1st December 2019 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the opening hours shall revert to those approved under planning application no. 06/92/1019/F. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
2.The petrol station, shop and bakery shall not be open outside the hours of 5am to midnight. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
3.All fuel and shop purchases shall take place through the night pay hatch between the hours of 5am to 7am and 11pm to midnight. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
4.The car wash shall not be operated outside the hours of 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 7pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
5.No deliveries to the site shall take place outside the hours of 7am to 11pm. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
6.No fuel sales shall take place from the two outer pump islands furthest from the shop during the hours of 5am to 7am and 11pm to midnight. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal complies with the aims of Policy CS7 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy.
