1.The development at Plot 70 within planning permission 06/15/0309/F (now known as 62 Pascoe Drive) shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and the following approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 10 September 2018: - drawings reference: AB1 - 14.08.2018, AB2 - 14.08.2018, AB3 - 14.08.2018 and AB4 - 14.08.2018. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.This planning permission and the development hereby permitted relates solely to Plot 70 within planning permission 06/15/0309/F (now known as 62 Pascoe Drive). The remainder of the development as originally approved under planning permission 06/15/0309/F shall be built in accordance with the approved plans and details within permission 06/15/0309/F and in accordance with the requirements of the conditions of that planning permission, unless any variation thereof first gains the express written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason for the condition: For the avoidance of doubt as to what is permitted
3.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9, A1 and A2 of the Local Plan Part 2.
4.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- This permission relates to the extended form of dwelling proposed for plot 70 (62 Pascoe Drive) only. Conditions relating to the original permission of 06/15/0309/F must still be complied with in full.
