| 1. | The plan number to which this permission relates are: 358 01 (Amended), 358 02 (Amended), 358 03, 358 04 and Unnumbered Site Plan. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.
No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 2. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development shall be
in accordance with the application form and approved plans and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.

| 5. | The flat roof of the development hereby approved, shall not be at anytime used as a roof terrace.
