| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 September 2018. The flag poles shall be located in accordance with plan TQRQM18225113740168, the flag shall be in accordance with plan Q59964 and the flag pole in accordance with the correspondence received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 September 2018.

| 3. | No part of the proposed structure (the flag pole including the flag and foundations) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | The existing feather flags within the site shall be removed prior to the installation of the flag poles hereby approved.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the advertisements present on the site are kept to an appropriate number. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
