1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 20 August 2018 and the revised plan (drawing reference: RM/18/221 01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 28 September 2018. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.No part of the proposed structure (to include fascia board / rainwater goods and guttering) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate / door / window if installed shall open outwards over the highway. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety.
4.The garage hereby approved shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the locality.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal is in accordance with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
