| 1. | The advertisement consent hereby granted shall expire on 30th April 2023 or upon the completion of the Bluebell Meadows housing development (whichever is the sooner) and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of consent and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the signs shall be removed from the land. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the signs in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The proposed signs shall be finished and thereafter retained in non-reflective materials. The reason for the condition is :- To avoid undue distraction to motorists and to avoid possible resemblance to and confusion with bona-fide road signs. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
