| 1. | The outbuilding referenced as '3 wooden out building' on the approved plans hereby approved shall be used for purposes ancillary to the dwelling house only. The outbuilding shall not at anytime be used for sleeping accommodation without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the building is utilised for the purposes applied for, to utilise a building for sleeping accommodation in this location could lead to a subdivision of the planning unit. |
| 2. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
