| 1. | The occupation of the caravan hereby permitted shall only be used for the accommodation & medical requirements of Mrs Nicholson (the applicant) and her family and shall not be used for any other purposes unless first submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. At no time shall the caravan be sold, leased or occupied independently from the main dwelling nor shall the common ownership or occupation of the caravan and the main dwelling be severed.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the development where permanent residential occupation has been resisted and in order to meet a specific personal need. |
| 2. | This permission expires on 8th October 2023 and unless on or before this date application has
been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the mobile home shall be removed from the site.
The reason for this condition is :-
In order to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th July 2018 and the additional information received by the Local Planning Authority on the 17 August 2018.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
The Local Authority Environmental Health Officer recommends that as the proposed caravan is to be used to provide residential accommodation it must be adequately heated and insulated against heat loss. The heating system must be able to raise the internal termperature to an average temperature of between 18 degrees celcius and 21 degrees celcius and maintain the temperature when the external temperature is -1 degrees celcius.
The caravan is be equipped with a wholesome supply of cold water for drinking and facilities to generate hot water for bathing and cleansing purposes.
The caravan is to be connected to the main underground sewage system.
The caravan should be equipped with a means of fire detection and warning that is suitable for its size and internal layout.
The bathroom and kitchen area within the caravan should be fitted with adequate means of ventilation as to expel moist air created by bathing and cooking. |
