1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and manufacturers details received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th July 2018.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | Not withstanding the dimensions shown on submitted plans the free standing mast located within the rear garden shall not exceed 6.3m in height as measured from the ground; and the aerial attached to the host property shall not exceed a maximum height of 5.3m as measured from ground level directly below the aerial.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to avoid unforeseen visual impact should the aerials orientation or height be adjusted. |
4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
