| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved details received by the Local Planning Authority on 19 June 2018. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the fence hereby approved shall not be replaced with another form of boundary treatment exceeding 2 metres in height without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that if the approved fence is removed an inappropriate replacement to the same height is not installed. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
