No.Condition Text
1.The Local Planning Authority considers that removal of condition 1 of planning permission 06/17/0229/F would be detrimental to the residential amenity and quiet enjoyment of the neighbouring residential property, No. 31 Warren Road as a result of The potential for un-restricted parking in the area controlled by condition at any time in the day would result in noise, disturbance uncharacteristic of the area as well as the potential night time nuisance. Therefore the proposal is considered to be contrary to part F of Adopted Policy CS09 (Encouraging well-designed, distinctive places) of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan - Core Strategy (2015).
2.By allowing the parking of cars and other vehicles on the area controlled by condition 1 of 06/17/0229/F there would be a creeping loss of the openness of the golf course which would be to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area and does not safeguard the natural beauty of the Boroughs Coastal hinterland. As such the proposed removal of Condition 1 is considered to be contrary to Part G of Adopted Policy CS15 (Providing and protecting community assets and green infrastructure) of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan - Core Strategy (2015).
