1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan, forms and accompanying documents received by the Local Planning Authority on the 12th June 2018. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.No work shall commence until the exact types and colours of the materials (internal and external) and joinery details have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out using the agreed materials. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted.
4.The offices as hereby approved shall be used by employees of the estate or those involved with the running of the Burnley Hall estate . The building shall be used entirely as a building ancillary to the running of the estate. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the building is not used for purposes which are not ancillary to the running of the estate.
5.The building shall not be let or hired out to persons not employed by or directly involved in the running of the Burnley Hall estate. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the building is not used for purposes which are not ancillary to the running of the estate.
6.The function room hereby approved shall only be operated for the purpose of functions directly related to the Burnley Hall Estate and shall not be operated outside of the following hours: 09:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the use does not exceed that expected and to protect the amenities of the area.
7.There shall be no music, amplified or live, audible outside of the building hereby approved. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the character and amenity of the area.
8.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
9.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Core Strategy.
