| 1. | Within 1 month of the date of this permission a visibility splay measuring 2.4m X 35.0m shall be provided to the eastern side of the access where it meets the highway and such splays shall thereafter be maintained free from any obstruction exceeding 1.0m above the level of the adjacent highway carriageway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
