| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and forms received by the Local Planning Authority on the 19th April 2018. This consent does not grant consent for the banner adverts shown in the photographs, the consent is for those shown on the plans only and no.5 in total. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The proposed sign shall be finished and thereafter retained in non-reflective materials. The reason for the condition is :- To avoid undue distraction to motorists and to avoid possible resemblance to and confusion with bona-fide road signs. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
