| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for alterations and extensions to buildings set out in saved Policy CS8 and CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Local Plan; Core Strategy 2013-2030 and Section 72 of the Listed Building and Conservation Area Act 1990. |
