1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 July 2017 and the revised elevation plans (drawing reference: 17007/2000 P6) received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 January 2018 and the revised floor plans (drawing reference: 17007/1200 P6, 1201 P6, 1202 P6, 1203 P6, 1204 P3) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 20 November 2017. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Core Strategy.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
