| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan (EUREKADWG01 REV1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd of January 2018.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | This permission expires on 1st of September 2019 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the use of the site as a Spa shall not take place outside the following opening hours:-
11:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sundays including Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |

The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy and Adopted policy CS7 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan - Core Strategy (2015) |
