| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposals meet the criteria for new housing development set out in Policies CS1 and CS2 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy and the Interim Housing Land Supply Policy. |
